MAKING TIME
EXTRAORDINARY IS WORTH THE EXTRA WAIT
All of our designs are handmade using small batch production and many items are customisable or bespoke. When you place your order we will still need to finish making the item perfect just for you. This usually takes 3-5 days before we dispatch your order. Acquiring a limited edition or one off design takes a little more patience than your big shop orders, but rest assured you'll be soon receiving something special.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
We are delighted to offer fast, secure, premium international delivery to our customers across the European Union, the United States, and the rest of the world.
To ensure the safest transit for our unique bags and jewellery, all international orders are handled by our trusted courier partner, DHL Express. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail.

NORTHERN IRELAND - We are not able to ship to Northern Ireland due to the GPSD / Brexit regulations. This is obviously insane seeing as NI is part of the UK. Hopefully it is resolved promptly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

- For EU & International Customers: All local import VAT, customs processing fees, and regional duties are automatically calculated and added directly to your cart at checkout.
- For US Customers: In light of current US tariff regulations, all required import duties and customs entry fees are calculated dynamically in real-time and paid upfront at our checkout.
Because all fees are pre-paid before the aircraft lands, your package bypasses traditional customs delays, clears transit seamlessly, and is delivered directly to your doorstep with total price transparency.

ORDER TRACKING & SECURITY
As soon as your order is packed and ready to travel, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your DHL Express tracking number. Because we deal with high-value jewellery and premium bags, an adult signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely in your hands.
